![]() I haven't actually played FO3 straight up, I just used TTW, so that may be influencing this next suggestion, but now that you have the TTW fomod, do you have any particular reason not to uninstall FO3 so that it can't get in the way any more?Įxtra thought: FOMMs "File" menu has a "Change Game" option, which will open a window asking which game you want to manage, that has a "Don't ask me next time" check box, if you select "Fallout: New Vegas" & "Don't ask me", everything you do from that point until the next time you manually change it should apply to FONV, & if the FO3 esm's are still missing from the list, you can try installing the fomod again with a reasonable degree of certainty they're being applied to FONV. That being said, if the install for the Optional elements tried to fail, it should probably have told you why, if that reason involved missing "masters", your initiall TTW install went wrong, & considering you sometimes seem to be loading FOMM to manage FO3 rather than FONV, I have to ask if you're sure you installed TTW to the right game? ![]() ![]() ![]() Ok, the "either FO3(GOTY) or FONV" issue really sounds like FOMM is taking you into FO3 sometimes, which you don't want to happen. Fallout: Tale of Two Wastelands continues, as we turn our attention to the somewhat bizarre Waters of Life, which does at least open the door to some powerful upgrades. Tale of Two Wastelands is a total conversion project that seamlessly merges Fallout 3 and its DLC into Fallout: New Vegas, allowing both games to be played in a single playthrough. ![]()
